Important information - Change to ODIS Service licenses: With the release of ODIS Service 25.1.0 on 18 August 2025, ODIS Service will be compatible with both node-locked and named-user licenses. Therefore, from this date, it will no longer be possible to order node-locked ODIS Service licenses in erWin.

Due to maintenance work, on 12.10.2025, from 14:00 to 16:00 (UTC-0), it will not be possible to make any entries in the Digital Service Schedule.

Group Retail Portal (GRP)

For use of ODIS (Offboard Diagnostic Information System) service diagnostics software, for SFD rights and for FAZIT/GeKo user rights (security and component protection), every employee of your business, who is a user, needs what is referred to as a Global UserID/Group User ID.For this purpose, you must request a working context via the erWin Portal.Your importer creates the working context and then issues it to you.Your employees then register on the Volkswagen AG Group Retail Portal where they also request the working context of your business previously issued to you.If the request is correct, your administrator (importer) then approves the request.Thus, the necessary login details (GRP registration data) for the use of ODIS is available.
